Description

Reykjavik, Iceland, the capital of the country. Taken from a museum's dome top balcony a little ways off. A little bit of a fog and rain that morning, so it looks a bit hazy. As far as cropping goes, I didn't want to crop any from the top or bottom just because I like it how it is, and because of the contrast between the top portion and the bottom portion of the photograph.

P.S. Thanks to everyone for the crits on my previous post. Now trying what was suggested, I agree about it.

nice shot! it's nice to know that there are capitals in this world that are not completely industrialized.

Would have liked to see more on the right ie a horizontal presentation format.

Now it is to much half-and-half. Probably cropping also a section from sky would improve in combination with the above.

I would like to see a bit more of the right as Patrick already said. Regarding the sky crop i think we all agree.
I liked the difference between the brown and green! well done on the colors.

Nice colors. I might have cropped some from both top and bottom and perhaps used a landscape format here.
